We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing Fire & Security business covering the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience within the Fire & Security industry looking to join a successful and expanding company with genuine earning potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts
  • Selling Fire & Security solutions across commercial sectors
  • Attending client meetings and site surveys
  • Preparing quotations and proposals
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and contractors
  • Working closely with internal operations and technical teams
  • Achieving agreed sales targets and objectives

Experience Required:

  • Previous Business Development or Sales experience within the Fire & Security industry
  • Strong understanding of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems
  • Proven track record of winning new business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Full UK Driving Licence
