This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Engineer with a background in HVAC, refrigeration or chiller systems to join a growing engineering business covering Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire.
The role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys building client relationships and identifying new opportunities within the industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping grow the business across the region by developing new partnerships and supporting existing clients.
Alongside a competitive and negotiable salary, the position offers equity within the company as well as a percentage share of the new business you generate, providing a genuine opportunity to benefit from the company’s long-term growth.
- Promote the company’s engineering services across HVAC, refrigeration and chiller systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facilities management companies and end users
- Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements
- Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships
Experience within HVAC, refrigeration or chiller systems
Background in technical sales, sales engineering or business development
Good understanding of commercial air conditioning and chilled water systems
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Negotiable salary depending on experience
Long-term career progression within an expanding engineering company
