We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves installing refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and air conditioning units across sites, working primarily with major high-street chain brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of commercial refrigeration systems, including cold rooms
- Installation of air conditioning systems
- Working on nationwide sites for well-known high-street brands
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently on live sites
- Communicating effectively with site managers and project teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in refrigeration, cold room, and AC installation
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work nationwide and stay away when required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working with national retail or high-street brands
- CSCS card
- IPAF or PASMA
