We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing Fire & Security business covering the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience within the Fire & Security industry looking to join a successful and expanding company with genuine earning potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Selling Fire & Security solutions across commercial sectors
- Attending client meetings and site surveys
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Building long-term relationships with clients and contractors
- Working closely with internal operations and technical teams
- Achieving agreed sales targets and objectives
Experience Required:
- Previous Business Development or Sales experience within the Fire & Security industry
- Strong understanding of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Full UK Driving Licence
Package:
- £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary
