- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs.
- Diagnose and repair faults on automatic doors and access control systems.
- Work with and support systems including: CDVI (access control & locking solutions).
- Record automatic door systems Paxton / PaxLock / PaxLock Pro wireless access control.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards (e.g., BS EN 16005).
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers on-site.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
