  • Identifying new sales opportunities and growing account performance
  • Presenting new products, promotions and brand updates
  • Supporting retailers with product knowledge, point-of-sale materials and merchandising
  • Helping retailers understand the benefits and features of Highgrove products
  • Providing market feedback and competitor insight to the wider Highgrove team
  • Representing Highgrove Beds professionally across the region
  • Strengthening Highgrove’s presence in-store and across your territory

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sales, ideally within the bed, mattress, furniture or wider home retail sector
  • Confident building strong relationships with independent retailers
  • Commercially aware and motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing their own territory
  • A strong communicator with good presentation skills
  • Professional, personable and able to represent the Highgrove brand well
  • Comfortable travelling regularly across the region
  • Enthusiastic about joining a growing British bed and mattress brand
  • Existing knowledge of the bed, mattress or furniture industry would be a strong advantage.

What You’ll Get

You’ll be joining a growing, ambitious brand with real momentum in the marketplace. We offer:

  • A key territory sales role with genuine growth potential
  • The opportunity to work with an established UK bed and mattress manufacturer
  • Support from an experienced internal team
  • A varied role working with retailers across your region
