Highgrade Recruitment Ltd are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and support local schools up to KS4.
In this role, you will:
- Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Provide assistance with display work and occasional light marking
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Uphold school values and maintain high standards of behaviour
- Follow safeguarding procedures in line with school policy
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for supporting young people in education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential

Requirements:
- The chosen candidate must have a current Enhanced Disclosure either by supplying an update service reference number or carrying out a new DBS with Highgrade Recruitment Ltd
- The chosen candidate must hold current Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
