Join our growing People Team at an exciting time for North Bay Group.

Due to the continued growth and success of North Bay Group, we are expanding our Recruitment Team and are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to help attract and secure outstanding talent across our care services.

About The Role

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide a professional, efficient, and customer-focused recruitment service across North Bay Group.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, helping to attract, engage, and onboard the very best talent.

You will manage multiple vacancies across a variety of roles, ensuring a positive candidate journey while supporting managers through every stage of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the Group.
  • Act as a first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from candidates and hiring managers.
  • Advertise vacancies across a range of platforms and support the creation of engaging recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial telephone interviews where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain talent pools to support future recruitment needs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, providing advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at improving attraction and retention.
  • Work closely with Marketing to promote vacancies through digital channels and social media.
  • Build relationships with local communities, colleges, and employment partners to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records using recruitment systems and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures.
  • Produce recruitment reports and analyse recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Support candidates throughout the onboarding process to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
