What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible to the person in charge for high standards of care to the residents in his/her care in accordance with the care plan and by appropriate hand over to ensure all needs are continuously met. To help ensure all junior care and ancillary staff contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home and the creation of a homely atmosphere. Report any ill health amongst clients and make requests for GP/Professional visits where necessary.
