We’re currently looking for a Team Leader to join the team at The Limes in Driffield. If you’re someone who naturally brings warmth, energy and creativity wherever you go, and you love the idea of making each day meaningful for our residents, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring that all Staff Members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home, and to the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of Residents.
- Taking responsibility for Resident care, as designated by the Home Manager in his / her absence and in the absence of the Deputy Home Manager.
- Assessing social and health care needs of new Residents, and maintaining on‑going assessment and review of all other Residents.
- Reporting any ill-health among Residents and making requests for GP / Professional visits where necessary.
- Ensuring meals are of sufficient quantity and good quality, and that Residents’ dietary needs are met.
- Administering prescribed medicines and maintaining the appropriate records in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident within the Home has an individualised Care Plan.
- Practising maximum integrity in all dealings with Residents’ personal and financial affairs and avoiding abuse of the privileged relationship that exists with Residents.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- NVQ level 3 (or willing to work towards this).
