Overview: Registered Nurse at Foresters Lodge in Bridlington providing person‑centred care to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of care in accordance with care plans and NMC guidelines.
- Support and involve junior care and ancillary staff in efficient home operation and homely atmosphere.
- Report ill health among clients and request GP/professional visits when necessary.
- Create, maintain, and review client care plans with clients, relatives, and health professionals.
- Assess client care needs and deliver health supervision and direct nursing care.
- Conduct ongoing assessment and review for all clients.
- Record and maintain accurate individualised care plans; review bi‑annually or as needed.
- Perform regular checks on clients; hand over reports clearly at shift end.
- Administer medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and manage chronic conditions as per company procedures.
- Collaborate with health and social care professionals for holistic resident care.
