Highfield School in Wakefield is seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to support students with severe and complex learning difficulties and autistic spectrum conditions. You may work across different sites and classes, helping create a safe, engaging environment and promoting inclusive learning.
You will collaborate with teachers and the SENCO, contribute to behaviour management and EHCP targets, and help learners develop communication, independence and social skills.
