You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs.

It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.

Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the recruitment process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE

Answering guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities
Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner, endeavouring at all times to accommodate their requests
Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times & ensure that the reception area is tidy & ready for service at all times
Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every guest leaves wanting to return
Help run children’s Birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
Face painting & Balloon modelling
Selling of various food and drink items to guests
