Opportunity: We are supporting a major programme at Sellafield and are looking for a Technical Author to join a critical nuclear project at the forefront of the UK's clean-up mission. The Box Encapsulation Plant (BEP) is a key part of the Magnox Swarf Storage Silo (MSSS) Programme, one of the most important hazard-reduction initiatives on the Sellafield site. This project will safely treat and immobilise nuclear waste, preparing it for long-term storage, and support decommissioning activities across other legacy facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and finalising Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for BEP systems.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical documentation.
  • Taking a proactive role in validation activities, ensuring documentation reflects real-world operation.
