Key Responsibilities
- Support section and site engineers in supervising on-site activities.
- Oversee and coordinate heavy civil works, including:
- Earthworks
- Drainage installations
- Reinforced concrete (RC) works
- Concrete pours
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in heavy civil works on large-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience with earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete works, and concrete pours.
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge; SMSTS/SSSTS/CSES preferred.
- Experience working in complex, major projects is an advantage (e.g., large substations or infrastructure sites).
- "Boots on the ground" practical experience required.
Software & Training
- Generic CAD and Microsoft Office skills desirable.
- Primavera P6 is a bonus.
- Environmental and site-specific software training will be provided on-site.
