Job Title: Site Manager – Highways (Roundabout Upgrade) Location: Northampton, UK Position Type: Freelance Position – Inside IR35 Duration: Immediate Start – December 2025 (Minimum) Day Rate: £(Apply online only) Inside IR35 Working Days: Monday to Friday (weekends as required) Project Overview: A Tier 1 civil engineering contractor is seeking a freelance Site Manager to support the delivery of a major roundabout upgrade project in Northampton. The project forms part of a wider strategic highways improvement programme. The role will involve managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required specification and quality standards.
