We are recruiting for an experienced EC&I Engineer to join major Sellafield projects, supporting the delivery of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems across complex, safety-critical environments. This role is fully site-based (5 days/week) and ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, supporting commissioning, Front Office Build (FOB) activities, and real-time problem-solving on active nuclear projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and review EC&I engineering and installation packages.
- Provide on-site technical support during commissioning and FOBs.
- Interface with construction, commissioning, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Work proactively to drive progress and support schedule-critical activities.
What You'll Need
- Nuclear industry experience essential - ideally Sellafield project exposure.
- Strong background in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience supporting commissioning, fault finding, and system handover.
- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, CE&I documentation, and relevant regulations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on a busy site.
