We are seeking an experienced M&E-biased Quantity Surveyor to work on a major project at AWE, Reading, supporting a leading M&E contractor. This is a full-time, site-based role working from the site offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial management of M&E packages
  • Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Interim valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
  • Managing variations and change control
  • Subcontractor procurement and commercial administration
  • Working within strict contractual and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on M&E packages
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (nuclear, defence, pharma, data centres, hospitals, etc.)
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Chartered (MRICS/MCIOB) desirable
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be eligible for SC clearance (holding it already is advantageous)
