We are supporting a major UK nuclear and fusion programme and are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile decommissioning portfolio delivering technically complex construction and infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of the UK's clean energy and scientific innovation sector, supporting large-scale decommissioning and construction activities within a highly regulated environment.

You will play a key role in commercial delivery, cost control, procurement strategy, NEC4 contract administration, and risk management across projects valued in excess of £20m.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading QS activities across complex construction and decommissioning projects
  • Preparing cost estimates, benchmarking exercises, and feasibility studies
  • Supporting procurement strategy, tender preparation, and contract negotiations
  • Managing NEC4 contracts including compensation events and early warnings
  • Conducting payment assessments and agreeing final accounts
  • Providing strategic commercial advice to minimise risk and maximise value
  • Supporting risk management, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
