We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Quality & Commissioning (QCx) professional to join our senior leadership team in London. This is a pivotal role in the strategic delivery of Hyperscale Data Centres and Mission Critical Facilities across Western and Northern Europe. As a key player in the leadership structure, you will take charge of developing, implementing, and leading a best-in-class QCx strategy, ensuring our projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Act as a core member of the senior leadership team, supporting the procurement, delivery, and operational excellence of major hyperscale and mission critical projects across Europe.
- Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor highly skilled QCx site teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and standardise robust quality and commissioning procedures at a general contractor level, ensuring consistent delivery across all sites.
- Reporting & Metrics: Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to provide clear, actionable updates and performance reports to the Managing Directors.
- Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and development of QCx professionals to support rapid business growth and maintain strong competency standards.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential quality and commissioning risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project delivery.
- Regional Oversight: Oversee multiple high-value projects across Western and Northern Europe, ensuring strategic alignment and operational consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading quality and commissioning efforts on large-scale mission critical or data centre projects.
- Strong background working for or with general contractors on fit-out projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead multidisciplinary site teams across international locations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe as required.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to £20,000 based on KPIs and company performance
