About The Role:
- Manage and oversee quality assurance processes across earthworks and drainage works
- Conduct inspections, complete quality records, check sheets, and ITPs in line with project specifications
- Ensure works comply with HS2 standards, drawings, and quality requirements
- Carry out site audits, identify non-conformances, and manage NCRs to resolution
- Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to uphold quality standards
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or QA Engineer on civil/infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in earthworks and drainage construction
- Hands-on site delivery knowledge gained working directly for contractors
- Familiar with quality assurance procedures, ITPs, and NCR management
- Relevant Civil Engineering qualification; CSCS card holder
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous HS2 project experience
- Knowledge of digital quality management systems like Novade
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Valid CSCS Card
