As a Project Manager in the water sector, you will be instrumental in delivering transformational programmes and iconic engineering projects across the UK and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to manage the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design through to construction. You'll join a team passionate about delivering innovative engineering solutions, driving progress in the water sector while integrating services with other sectors such as aviation, defence, energy, and education. Key Responsibilities: Manage the project/programme lifecycle, including feasibility studies, detailed design (including Design & Build), and construction phases. Support technical teams in meeting project targets (e.g., programme delivery, budget, and quality). Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals. Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. Prepare project reports and plans as required. Skills and Experience Required: Degree-qualified and a member of a professional institution (e.g., MAPM, CMI). Demonstrable project management experience within water/wastewater infrastructure or non-infrastructure projects. Proven expertise in the management of design delivery, including multidisciplinary and Design & Build projects. Experience in preparing Scope Definition papers, Project Execution Plans, Risk Registers, Change Control Logs, and Stakeholder Management Plans. Knowledge of Design & Build projects and bid delivery in the water sector is essential. International experience is a plus but not mandatory
