Procurement Manager Data Centres

I'm working on a Procurement Manager opportunity with a growing data centre business, supporting its operations and development across Europe.

This is a broad procurement role offering the opportunity to work with teams across construction, operations, facilities, power, IT, design and professional services, helping deliver commercial value across a varied portfolio of projects and suppliers.

The role

You'll take ownership of sourcing activities, supplier relationships and commercial negotiations, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, develop procurement strategies and secure the right outcomes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.
• Developing procurement strategies that balance cost, quality, service, risk and business needs.
• Managing supplier relationships, contract renewals and ongoing performance.
• Working with internal teams across construction, operations, facilities, power, IT and design.
• Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, improved supplier performance and greater commercial value.
• Supporting contract reviews, supplier onboarding, due diligence and risk management.
• Improving procurement processes, governance and reporting across the business.
• Managing a varied workload in a fast-paced, international environment.

What we're looking for

You'll have a strong background in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management, with experience negotiating contracts, managing suppliers and working with stakeholders across different business functions.

We're particularly interested in people who can combine commercial judgement with a hands-on approach, build relationships at all levels and work independently across a changing portfolio of priorities.

Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, construction, facilities management or technology would be beneficial, but data centre experience isn't essential.

We're open to candidates who can bring strong procurement fundamentals and apply them in a complex, operational environment.
