The role
- Learn full 360 recruitment with structured training and mentoring
- Build and run your own recruitment desk in one of our specialist markets
- Cultivate excellent client and candidate relationships
- Generate new business and work high-value vacancies
- Be seen as a Subject Matter Expert and industry leader in your niche
We're looking for someone who
- Is in their first/second sales, recruitment, or associated commercial role (i.e. telesales)
- Is confident, competitive and driven to achieve big things!
- Enjoys sales, targets, conversations, and relationship-building
- Wants proper training, progression, and a career, not just a job!
- Is looking to take their earnings to the next level!
