About The Role: Lead and coordinate all electrical installation activities across the data centre development Manage site delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion Maintain safety standards and ensure works are completed to high quality Liaise with project managers and stakeholders for smooth progress Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite promptlyAbout You: Proven experience as an Electrical Lead, preferably in large-scale data centres or similar projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and project management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively Relevant electrical certifications and qualificationsNice to Have Skills: Experience working in Finland or Scandinavian countries Familiarity with MEP installation in hyperscale data centres Additional language skillsOther Requirements: Willingness to travel and work on-site in Lohja Valid electrical certifications and right to work in FinlandTake the next step in your career and be part of a major infrastructure project.
