CSA Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Project | Finland\\n\\nLocation: London/Finland (Site-Based)\\n Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time\\n Salary: Highly Competitive + Tax-Free Per Diem + Accommodation + Flights\\n Start Date: Immediate / ASAP\\n Rotation: 10:4 (10 weeks on, 2 weeks off) or flexible rotation pattern available\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nA leading Tier 1 contractor, renowned for delivering complex hyperscale data centre projects across Europe, is seeking a talented and driven CSA Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major data centre project in Finland. \\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a technically challenging, mission-critical facility with one of the industry's most respected main contractors.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nManage all commercial aspects related to Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) packages\\n\\nPrepare, submit, and manage subcontractor and supplier procurement processes\\n\\nMonitor and control costs against budgets and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle\\n\\nSupport the project team with valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts\\n\\nConduct regular commercial reporting and cash flow forecasts\\n\\nEngage with the site team to track progress and ensure commercial alignment with programme\\n\\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships\\n\\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and best practice standards\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nDegree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent relevant experience)\\n\\nMinimum 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to CSA packages\\n\\nPrevious data centre, high-tech, or complex industrial project experience highly desirable\\n\\nStrong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge (NEC or FIDIC experience beneficial)\\n\\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills\\n\\nAble to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment as part of a collaborative team\\n\\nEU Passport or Right to Work in the EU preferred\\n\\nWhat's on Offer\\n\\nCompetitive Salary (dependent on experience)\\n\\nTax-Free Per Diem Allowance\\n\\nFlights, Accommodation & Transport Provided\\n\\nStructured rotation schedule (e.g. 10:2 or negotiable to suit)\\n\\nLong-term pipeline of European projects with career development opportunities\\n\\nJoin a Tier 1 contractor with a proven track record in delivering mission critical infrastructure across Europe\\n\\nReady to Join a High-Performing Team?\\n\\nThis is a rare opportunity to work with one of the most respected names in the data centre construction industry, offering long-term progression and exposure to high-value, technically advanced projects across the continent.
