About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their growing team supporting high-value data centre projects across Finland, Norway and Austria. This London-based role will focus on ensuring commercial and contractual compliance across multiple international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse incoming contracts in collaboration with the internal legal team.
  • Work closely with overseas commercial leads to ensure all contracts and project arrangements comply with legal and company standards.
  • Provide commercial guidance to project teams on contract interpretation, risk management, and compliance matters.
  • Support the negotiation of contractual terms where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractual decisions, obligations, and actions across all projects.
  • Monitor commercial risks and support mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial and contract management experience, ideally with exposure to the legal aspects of contract administration.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting international projects, preferably within the data centre, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex contractual documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Based in London and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones as required.

Desirable:

  • Experience with European contracts and legal frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data centre construction projects.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary project delivery teams in an international environment.
