Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and inspire our clients multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving engineering excellence, promoting innovation, and ensuring delivery aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for engineering capability, talent development, process optimisation, compliance, and client engagement. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with outstanding people leadership and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership
- Act as a senior member of the leadership team, promoting cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Support the development and delivery of business objectives and engineering plans.
