Contract Opportunity: CE&I Engineer – Remote (Sellafield Projects) Rate: £46-£51 per hour (Inside IR35) Location: Fully Remote Sector: Nuclear / Sellafield Are you a skilled Control, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer ready to take on challenging and rewarding projects for Sellafield-all from the comfort of your home? This is a fully remote contract role, offering the chance to contribute to complex, safety-critical nuclear projects without the daily commute. You\’ll be working within a multi-discipline engineering team, delivering high-quality CE&I design and technical documentation across various project stages. What You\’ll Be Doing: Developing and reviewing CE&I designs, drawings, and calculations Producing and checking technical documentation, including specifications and reports Supporting design reviews, HAZOPs, and project assurance activities Collaborating with engineers across mechanical, process, and civil disciplines Ensuring compliance with Sellafield standards and nuclear site licence conditions What We\’re Looking For: Proven CE&I engineering experience in a nuclear or highly regulated environment Strong understanding of BS EN standards and safety case requirements Knowledge of Sellafield design processes (advantageous) SC clearance preferred (or ability to obtain) Join a team that\’s shaping the future of nuclear engineering-remotely and flexibly.
