An established and rapidly expanding data centre operator is seeking an experienced Campus Data Centre Manager to lead the operations of a large-scale site. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, and financial success.
You'll oversee all aspects of on-site operations including engineering, facilities management, health and safety, security, and vendor management. This position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a commitment to service excellence - all while maintaining full P&L accountability for the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient data centre services.
- Manage vendor relationships, operational processes, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
