We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to help lead our specialist SEND school through its next stage of development, working alongside the Headteacher to deliver outstanding provision for pupils aged 2-19.

- Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Support the Headteacher in providing strategic leadership and driving the academy’s improvement priorities.
- Lead and develop staff, promoting high standards, professional growth and effective performance.
- Monitor and improve the quality of teaching, learning, assessment and pupil outcomes across the academy.
- Help deliver an ambitious, inclusive curriculum that meets pupils’ SEND and EHCP needs.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding leadership and deputise for the Headteacher when required.
