Key Responsibilities- Provide mentoring to pupils, focusing on their personal and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
- Be responsible for supporting whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
- Proven experience in mentoring and supporting pupils.
