About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, confident and highly motivatedAesthetic Clinic Receptionist & Sales Coordinatorto join our growing team.
This is a reception and sales-focused position requiring previous experience in a professional aesthetic clinic.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of aesthetic treatments, strong administrative skills and, most importantly,a proven ability to convert enquiries and leads into paying clients.
Qualified Aesthetic Practitioners with reception and sales experience will be prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reception operations, appointments, telephone calls, emails and patient administration.
- Proactively contact new leads, follow up enquiries and convert them into consultations and paid bookings.
- Confidently explain aesthetic treatments, packages and promotions within your professional scope.
- Achieve agreed sales, booking and conversion targets.
- Manage CRM systems, patient records, payments and clinic paperwork.
- Build excellent patient relationships, encourage repeat bookings and support client retention.
- Assist with clinic promotions and marketing activities.
- Previous professional experience working in an aesthetic or cosmetic treatment clinic — MANDATORY.
- Demonstrable track record of converting aesthetic enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and the aesthetics industry.
- Excellent communication, customer service and telephone sales skills.
- Experience with reception duties, appointment management, CRM and administration.
- Confident, organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Weekend availability.
Highly Desirable
Qualified Aesthetic Practitioners with additional reception, patient coordination and sales experience.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21.0 per week
