On this graduate programme, you'll rotate across our Product Planning teams, helping shape the vehicles, offers and strategies behind some of the world's most desirable automotive brands. From future product decisions to sales performance and market trends, you'll gain valuable experience at the heart of our commercial business.

• Product: Help shape the future of our vehicle range. You'll analyse customer and market trends, support decisions on model line-ups, specifications and pricing, and contribute to product launches and lifecycles that thousands of customers will love across the UK.
• Tactical: Turn strategy into results. You'll help develop and evaluate a range of competitive incentive campaigns that drive customer demand, support sales performance and deliver commercial success for all of our brands.
• Sales Planning & Supply: Join the team that keeps our business moving. You'll support sales planning, forecasting and supply management, ensuring the right vehicles are available at the right time. Working with international factory colleagues, you'll manage logistics planning and enhance data visibility to power Brand decisions.

• You’ll need to hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline. We are particularly keen to receive applications from students with a passion for interpreting complex information and communicating trends and outcomes to multiple stakeholders.
• We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn’t want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our graduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office.
• You’ll also need to have the right to work in the UK.

What's the assessment process?

Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to show us your true abilities. Once you've hit the apply button, you'll be asked to complete numerical and situational judgement tests. If you successfully complete these, we'll invite you to complete an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know you.

The final step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2027, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real-life tasks. You'll also have a chance to meet some of our managers and the current graduate cohort.

Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre and will join us in September 2027.
