This well-respected Recruitment Agency are a long-standing business based near London Bridge. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on clients that have just secured funding up to stock market listed clients. This role would be to join their non-tech hiring team recruiting mainly HR and Talent Acquisition professionals across the European or UK Tech market. This is a very warm desk with lots of existing client relationships. You would have access to partner top brands, collaborating across the business and travelling to meet clients internationally across Europe.
All directors and managers have been promoted from within and there is a strong focus on organic stable growth as well as strong client partnerships with communities, face-to-face events and working closely with the events and marketing teams.
The RoleYou will be hiring HR professionals in Europe. Huge opportunity for a skilled recruiter to take their billing to the next level. This desk is perm, but would consider someone converting from contract in a relevant market. This is a warm desk with BD required. You can come from a professional services recruitment background; it’s not essential for you to have recruited into the HR market before.
The Package- Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant paying £40-60k basic salary depending on level and previous success and billings.
- Commission scheme is uncapped.
- Commission pays 20% to 30% even on existing clients.
- 4 days in the office per week, 1 from home.

- You must have a non-tech professional service recruitment background. You don’t need to have necessarily hired HR roles but having a good interest in this area would be great.
- You must have experience of hiring using LinkedIn as a tool.
- It would be ideal if you have used face-to-face events and community tools; if not, you must be willing to travel to Europe to run and take part in events to engage with stakeholders face to face.
- Please note; You must be able to and willing to work in the office 4 days a week; there aren’t any exceptions to this.
