Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment business, building new desks and cross‑selling into existing client bases.
  • Operate a dual desk, choosing focus between contract or permanent work depending on background.
  • Drive strong business development and client relationship experience, networking and building your desk.
  • Work from central London, 2‑3 days a week with a couple of days from home.
  • Target recruitment areas: Procurement, HR, Data and Cyber Security.
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a 360 role in one of these areas.

Benefits and Remuneration

  • Salaries £35 K to £55 K depending on level hired.
  • 25 days holiday rising to 27 after 3 years.

Please note you will need to be a recruiter from an agency background in a 360 capacity rather than Internal, account management or delivery as they only have 360 options on their teams at the moment.
