A very high billing successful agency are looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant level to work on existing live roles in a very lucrative renewable energy market. You will work with a manager that bills £1 million a year and is one of the major players in their field.

You will have the opportunity to work on a high volume of live roles with existing clients and make a lot of money while learning from the best to progress to a 360 consultant. You will likely join them having had an introduction to recruitment already and a desire in the future to progress to a consultant role when you are ready.

The Position:

  • Delivery Consultant role initially progressing to 360 Recruitment in the future with business development.
  • Manage candidate sourcing and interview processes as well as managing contract starts, extensions, and contract negotiations.
  • Sourcing some permanent roles too.
  • After progression, do business development to secure new clients and manage your own client base.

Sourcing and managing the interview process with the existing client base, working very closely with the team Director. You will be working with a top biller who is on track to bill £1 million this year. They will train you on the market selling points and provide you with roles to work on straight away before doing business development, setting you up for long-term success.
