I am seeking several experienced 360 recruitment consultants for a growing high billing and specialist Go To Market recruitment agency offering 40-50% commission!
The role is a 360 Agency recruitment role including business development and will suit someone from an agency background that has managed and secured new clients as well as sourcing. The position is remote with a few days in London each month and client meetings when needed. You need to be commutable to London and pay for this yourself, but 90% of the time will be remote working from home.
They specialise in retained and contingent hiring on an exclusive basis, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and product roles for specialist tech businesses that are going through growth and transformation. They typically target clients without an internal recruitment team and fill all their roles for them, recruiting into the USA, UK, and Europe. Average invoice values are £15K to £20K in the UK and $30K to $45K in the USA. Commission is 40-50% per placement, offering extremely high earning potential!
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally, you will have hired into tech clients before and worked on GTM roles.
- Alternatively, you could have hired Sales and Marketing roles into another industry.
- You might also be used to hiring in another professional non-tech market.
- You will need ideally at least 2 years of recruitment experience in a permanent or executive search market.
- You do not have to have worked on retained roles before, but this would be an advantage.
- Full training will be given to switch markets and to conduct retained pitches and searches.
- You will need to be motivated to push and work remotely, but be happy to have regular daily meetings with the team and management and work very closely as a team.
