A well-known and established UK-wide Education Recruitment Agency is looking for motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team. You can come from an Education Recruitment background or another Recruitment background. They are happy to train on market.
You will need at least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience with business development or come from a B2B sales background and be looking to switch your career into Recruitment.

- Proactively reaching out to meet new contacts and clients in schools around the South East
- Office-based role, with flexibility after establishing in the role to consider WFH options. They prefer team-oriented individuals who enjoy being in the office and collaborating.
- At least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience with proven success in client acquisition and placements
