Recruitment Consultant (All levels)

A well-known and established UK-wide Education Recruitment Agency is looking for motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team. You can come from an Education Recruitment background or another Recruitment background. They are happy to train on market.

You will need at least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience with business development or come from a B2B sales background and be looking to switch your career into Recruitment.

The role

  • This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position, ideal for someone passionate about building client relationships, developing new business, and maintaining long-term accounts.
  • Focus on Education Recruitment, hiring educators in Primary or Secondary Education markets
  • Reconnecting with lapsed and old clients
  • Servicing existing clients
  • Proactively reaching out to meet new contacts and clients in schools around the South East
  • Office-based role, with flexibility after establishing in the role to consider WFH options. They prefer team-oriented individuals who enjoy being in the office and collaborating.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience with proven success in client acquisition and placements
  • Experience in Education recruitment is a bonus but not essential; candidates from other markets will be considered
  • Resilient individuals who enjoy Business Development
  • Motivated for success, promotions, and long-term career growth
  • Team players who enjoy supporting colleagues, passing leads, and contributing to a collaborative environment
  • Stable career history with proven success in similar roles
