A client of Higher Success is hiring Recruitment Consultants of all levels for their team in Tunbridge Wells.
Key details of the role:
- Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 from home)
- Can do a dual desk, or be perm or contract focused depending on the market and your background.
- UK or international recruitment
- Tech and Non-tech desks available depending on background in a range of markets.
- Open to hiring from Consultant to Principal Consultant level depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Manage interview processes with candidates and clients
- Manage the client's needs and expectations and manage long-term relationships
- Maintain strong relationships in the market and strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Secure new clients with various Business Development outreach techniques.
Qualifications:
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year of Recruitment experience in an agency environment.
- You can come from any recruitment agency background.
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year 360 and Business Development background within a recruitment agency.
- You will be specifically of interest if you have recruited internationally and if you are able to do 360 into Europe or the USA.
- Goal-oriented and enjoy working to Sales targets
- Team player
- Motivated and ambitious with a real passion for recruitment and making new relationships
- Enjoy Face to Face meetings with clients as much as teams and telephone calls.
