London based Go To Market perm recruitment specialist agency focusing on senior leadership hiring, market mapping projects, contingent hiring and projects to build whole teams and functions. The main roles are sales, marketing, digital and product. The client base is SaaS, AI, Cloud, Professional Staffing, Direct Sales and Tech Channel. The business does contingent and retained project work.
The Role
A recruitment consultant or senior consultant who is likely to have a few years experience. A 360 recruiter who would be happy working on some existing business but also focusing on building their own desk. This position is hybrid and in the office 3 days a week. There can be a flexible work pattern if needed.
The Package
The business base salary on a cost benefit analysis of the billings you are likely to achieve and your billing track record and experience. They do not have bandings in the same way as some companies; they will pay you fairly for your success. It is likely to be in the £30 to £40k bracket.

The Requirements
- 2 years minimum of perm recruitment experience across Sales, Marketing, Product or Data is required. If not, you will need to have experience hiring perm roles in a professional market.
- Experience doing proactive search for candidates in a candidate scarce market (not relying on applications etc).
- International recruitment experience is also beneficial but not essential.
- You will need to have worked in a recruitment agency rather than having an internal recruitment background.
- Strong desire to work with clients at a senior level on leadership roles.
- Strong desire to work on consultancy work as well as recruitment.
- Able to work in the Shoreditch, Finsbury, Old Street area of London.
