An established IT recruitment agency is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with at least one year of full-cycle recruitment experience. The role focuses on IT positions in infrastructure, data, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a 360 recruitment cycle with a strong focus on business development; initially concentrate on the candidate side for six months to learn the market, then progressively take on new client roles.
- Sourcing candidates of all levels using a variety of methods.
- Reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates.
- Managing client relationships.
- Winning new client business through cold calling, networking, and marketing techniques (gradual training and development).
- Organising interviews, giving feedback to both parties, and providing market and recruitment advice.
- Working toward and exceeding targets across all parts of the role.
- Constructing a volume recruitment workflow that relies heavily on phone communication – a love of speaking is essential.
- At least one year of 360 recruitment experience.
- Experience managing full processes, negotiating offers, and onboarding new clients.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for recruitment and a desire to progress within the team.
- Training on the IT recruitment market will be provided.
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
- Strong career progression – many consultants join at this level and receive annual promotions and pay increases when targets are met.
- Commission at 15% of billings, with the possibility of earning more above target.
