The Role
- Hire Go To Market professionals internationally either Perm or Contract
- Building on existing business and doing your own Business Development
- The Go To Market team works alongside the tech recruitment divisions and hires in these verticals β Sales, Marketing, Product & Commercial Strategy
- Opportunity to come in at Senior Consultant, Principal or Managing Consultant; they can hire at director level but this would be as an independent contributor until your desk has built up and then you can add team members
- Lots of internal cross selling opportunities
- 150,000 members of an events community to build leads from
- Ability to attend subject relevant events with potential stakeholders
- Ability to work retained or contingent (40% of the work they do is retained); everyone gets training on selling retainers
- Make use of 2,500 thought leadership content pieces on their website
- Delivery team to support as needed (for 50% split)
The Package
- Salary dependent on experience: Β£40,000 to Β£70,000
- 4 days in office β 1 remote day on a Wednesday
- Outstanding family friendly policies
- Commission scheme paying up to 30% uncapped
- 21 days holiday, 1 day for your birthday, office shut down between Christmas and New Year plus bank holidays
