A large national and growing industrial and commercial recruitment agency is seeking to add experienced agency recruitment consultants to a number of their branches. This particular role is based in the Kings Hill area in Kent. This is one of 12 national offices in a growing agency that has gone from £15m turnover to £50m turnover within a couple of years. It is a very exciting time to join with lots of future progression and opportunity for the right ambitious person.

Please note this is a 360 agency role and will suit someone that has at least 2 years experience in this environment. The agency specialises in industrial and logistics as well as focusing on some other connected areas.

  • Warm desk to take over for an experienced consultant, that is actively billing £12K plus a month.
  • Targeted on desk growth, come on board, do BD and expand existing desk increasing GP.
  • Need driving license due to location and to be able to visit clients locally.
  • There is a central delivery team that can resource some roles so you can focus on bringing in large accounts and managing the client side. The more you bring in, the more the delivery team can support you.
  • Need to be ambitious to grow as the company grows; they have undertaken several acquisitions in the last couple of years and are still growing.
  • Need to have industrial or driving recruitment experience or experience in a similar industry to transition into the role.
  • This will suit someone that has done temps fast-paced high volume recruitment, not perm or exec search.
  • Earn commission from day 1 as there are active contractors out.
  • Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience to be able to take over and run with the existing desk and grow it.
