Senior Recruitment Consultant required for growing Construction Recruitment company in London . 3 days work from home! (flexible on this in some cases so please ask).

The business focus on White Collar Construction in the UK and Australia and will be expanding into other international locations.

The Role

  • This is a 360 recruitment role hiring into White Collar Construction in the UK. You will be hiring roles like Site Managers, Architects, Project Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors. Essentially anything senior in a construction life cycle that is skilled and office based not a trade.
  • This is hiring permanent professionals on around 40k to 100k salaries into UK based companies.
  • You will be responsible for working with existing clients and picking up new clients.
  • You will be required to attend site visits, visiting construction sites to meet clients and talk about their needs and projects.

Key Selling Points

  • MD whom is a billing manager and very much a part of the team. A leader whom is thorough, meticulous, process driven and very strong at training and developing the same good habits in recruiters in his team.
  • The MD spends most of his time doing BD and you will have a Director working above you who also brings in business meaning there will be live roles to work on and roles to give you all the time. You will also add to this with your own BD.
  • The team are mature in their mindset, focused on developing themselves and doing well, have strong ethics, manners and a polite mentalities – a really nice bunch of people you want to spend time with.
  • Everyone has a mindset of personal growth and development, the whole company are given training on a Friday for a couple of hours, not just trainees, even if you join with lots of experience you will continue to push yourself to improve.
  • The company is backed by a recruitment investment group with multi millions to invest in their businesses, with access to immediate growth backing this is a great company to join that is set to continue its growth.
  • 10% commission up to £50k (for the half year) then 30% on everything over £50k. So if you bill over £50K in 6 months you would get 30% on everything that’s above £50K.
  • No threshold or desk fees
  • If someone billed £300k they\’d make circa £70k in commission alone so very high earning potential and warm roles to work on from day 1.
  • 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home (if you need flex on this for family etc please ask we can pose other work patterns if you are an experienced white collar consultant).

Requirements

  • Ideally you will have 2 years construction recruitment experience but they will consider anyone with more than 9 months experience. Essentially they want to know you can competently do the whole process from picking up a client to placing a role.
  • You will need Perm White Collar Construction recruitment experience.
  • You must have a strong interest in pushing yourself and developing. They have a strong focus on personal and professional development and you must be open to training courses at all levels.
