All directors and managers have been promoted from within and there is a strong focus on organic stable growth as well as strong client partnerships with communities, face to face events and working closely with the events and marketing teams. Huge opportunity for a skilled recruiter to take their billing to the next level. This desk is perm, but would consider someone converting from contract in a relevant market. Senior/ Principal Recruitment Consultant from £30K to £50K base depending on level and billings, past success etc. ~ Commission pays 20% to 30% past a 6k threshold even on existing client accounts ~4 days in the office per week, 1 from home ~ Formal training programme for any level of hire 2 days off for volunteering each year ~ Very enhanced maternity and paternity leave ~ Strong family policy with dependent working hours, flexible working, even support for stillbirth and miscarriage.
