This position is remote; however, you will need to be located within 2 hours of London. International applications cannot be accepted because you will need to travel to London for appointments and team activities.

The role involves:

  • Hiring senior and executive levels on retained search methodology for international SaaS businesses.
  • Managing the full search process, from role briefing and initial client calls to research, finding the right candidates, and managing the process from inception to offer stage.
  • Working independently on the entire search process to support clients.
  • Managing 2-3 searches at any one time.
  • Establishing search deliverables and agreeing role criteria with the client.
  • Ensuring all client documentation is delivered to a high standard, including engagement letters, statements of works, search reports, candidate reports, etc.
  • Establishing long-term relationships with candidates and having a commercial mindset to switch candidates over time to being clients for the team.
  • Supporting business development activities and goals of the team and engaging in switch-to-pitch conversations with all senior-level candidates.

There is some business development expectation, but this isn't the main focus of the role as the team is also very busy with mandates for existing clients.

The Selling Points:

  • Work remotely and come into the office once or twice a month in central London for team briefing days (you will be responsible for your travel costs).
  • Excellent team culture, with monthly team outings such as dinners, drinks, or lunches.
  • A couple of international trips a year for everyone hitting targets, including boat trips in Turkey and cooking classes in Marrakesh.
  • Great international fully funded travel opportunities as a team.
  • Earn 25% commission.
  • Great benefits including health insurance.
  • Good team retention.

The Requirements:

  • Ideally, you will have more than 4 years of recruitment experience in a 360 role, managing entire processes with clients.
  • You can come from a retained search or a contingent background, but you must have at least 2 years of experience working on senior or executive level roles in a 360 capacity.
  • If you have SaaS market experience, this will be a bonus.
  • You should be good at working on your own initiative and motivating yourself.
  • You will enjoy working remotely but also have a strong teamwork focus.
  • Ideally, you will have a research-based degree or master's.
  • You can come from a tech or non-tech recruitment background.
  • It would be great if you had worked on a mix of tech and go-to-market focused senior level roles.

Please note: If you come from a Talent Acquisition background, sadly they won't be able to consider you.
