Job Description Job Title – Billing Lead The Company A well-established professional staffing firm based in Canterbury recruiting nationwide in their specialist industry. The division you would join is an existing and well performing business area that is made up of two smaller teams with team leaders. The Role This role works alongside operations, senior leadership team and the existing team leaders to work as a Billing Lead. You will be a recruiter working at an executive level and will be a figurehead for billing in the team. You will be in charge of the billing philosophy and success in the team. You will be championing processes and strategies that allow for more billing, focusing on principals that will help the whole team to bill more. You will be doing a mixture of advice, guidance, research, data and reporting, coaching, training and leading by example. Your mindset will be, how can I use all my knowledge and skills and everything I know about how the company operate to implement further success. How can I cascade this down to the team? How can I help the existing structure get more out of what they have.
