A very long established well known professional services agency with nationwide presence. They are based in London and operate a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and the rest from home. Recruit professionals such as marketing, tech, HR, finance etc into all types of business across the UK.
The Role
- ~360 recruiter/senior recruitment consultants needed
- ~Hiring Mid to Senior level HR, Marketing, Operations and Accountancy and Finance roles up to board level
- ~Mix of RPO accounts and contingent hiring, BD needed as well as existing account management
- ~Hybrid working
- ~Dual Desk

The Requirements
- Will have at least 2 years 360 Recruitment experience in a professional market
- Have experience in hiring mid to senior levels invoice values £10K to £35K plus
- Be used to working in fast paced contingent environment but still market mapping and headhunting senior level roles
- In depth experience on LinkedIn and proactive sourcing
- Ideally you will have hired HR, Accountancy and Finance, Office Support or Operations etc (professional service markets) in a variety of sectors
- Positive characters that want to work really hard but enjoy team work and collaboration and like to learn new skills and try new ideas
